OBSTACLE TO LIVE AT LIBERTY, Sunday May 18, 2008.

Genesis 2:9, 17
9- And the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
17- "but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die.

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.

"1Juan 2:16"
For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world.

"Philippians 2:8"
And being found in appearance as a man, he(JESUS CHRIST) humbled himself and became obedient to death— even death on a cross!"

CONCLUSION: God gives us the grace to defeat the temptation that is the sin and the ruin of our life. We pray that HE helps us to defeat our "I", so Jesus Christ can enter to reign in our hearts
